The hotel's close proximity to Tourcoing metro station and the town center makes it very convenient. There is a Food Center with short-order options right at the hotel. - the room was comfortable and had a bathroom as well as a double bed.

The staff was amiable and excellent. the place was fairly clean. - Truly enjoyed the double room. - We had an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV with satellite channels in the room.

Breakfast was tasty and the rooms good. It was just a short walk to the centre. Parking was available just across the road - well secured and whilst slightly difficult to get in and out, we were really happy to leave our car there. The manager who dealt with us was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The family room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel but the restaurant area looked very nice. Parking was across the road in an underground, secure car park and at 4 euros a day was reasonable. Overall is was a good hotel and we would stay there again.

We loved the convenient location in the town centre, close to the metro and tram stations. It made exploring the city and getting around very easy for our family with 2 small kids.
